Whether you’re looking to enhance workplace safety or comply with regulations, this course equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to act decisively when it matters most.
- Gain essential first aid skills tailored to workplace environments.

- Earn an HSE-approved certification valid for three years.
This course covers the critical aspects of first aid in the workplace, including:
Roles and Responsibilities of a Workplace First Aider:
- Understanding legal obligations and reporting procedures.
- Assessing incidents and managing priorities effectively.
Emergency Life Support:
- Performing CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Managing unconscious casualties using the recovery position.
Responding to Workplace Incidents:
- Treating injuries such as cuts, burns, fractures, and eye injuries.
- Managing medical conditions like strokes, heart attacks, and allergic reactions.
Handling Life-Threatening Situations:
- Recognizing and responding to choking, seizures, and severe bleeding.
- Providing first aid for shock, poisoning, and exposure-related injuries.
Workplace-Specific Risks:
- Adapting first aid techniques for high-risk environments.
- Addressing unique hazards such as chemical exposure or equipment-related injuries.
First Aid Kit Management:
- Understanding the contents of a first aid kit and maintaining readiness.
- Practical Training: Learn through hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios.
- Interactive Simulations: Practice responding to workplace emergencies in realistic settings.
- Group Exercises: Work with peers to build teamwork and communication skills.
- Expert Instruction: Receive guidance and feedback from certified trainers.
- Assessment: Demonstrate your knowledge through practical and written evaluations.

The application process is mainly three steps:
- Firstly, you fill out an application form, available here.
- Then, we will contact you to arrange an interview if you pass our preliminary checks.
- Lastly, once you pass the interview, you are enrolled and can start attending on the start date.
